  Disgusting unprofessional staff, never been tested so nasty. Employee Tonya was very rude she should lose her federal paying job. None of them deserve jobs, they treat customers like crap, like they're doing you a favor and you are annoying to them. Then when you ask to speak with a supervisor they laugh and say that "we are all supervisors". I will fire them all and hire good customer oriented employees. You need to monitor employee performance, should be recording their phone calls as well.

  This is the first review I've ever taken the time to do. Usually if I have a bad experience somewhere I just take my business elsewhere, but I am completely shocked at the lack of customer service this place has. They are the most unprofessional staff I have ever seen or talked to. Red headed lady there in her 40's-50's was very rude. She should lose her job, she truly treated me like crap yesterday when I was in there, like I was annoying her. If you are going to go to a post office in Huntsville, dont go to this one. Go to the one on 10th street. The young lady behind the counter there was incredibly helpful.
